Walt Eilers is a dedicated salesman at AgFarmacy with 28 years of experience in agronomy, customer relations, profitability, and agricultural consulting. He began his career on the family farm, building a strong foundation in hands-on farming operations and a deep appreciation for the challenges producers face.
Walt furthered his education with an associate's degree in Mechanical Power Technology and Diesel Mechanics, followed by a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business and Economics from Southern Illinois University. His diverse educational background allows him to blend practical field knowledge with sound business and economic insight.
Before transitioning into sales, Walt spent nine years with the Missouri Department of Agriculture, gaining valuable experience in regulatory and industry operations. For the past 28 years, he has dedicated himself to sales, working closely with customers as well as AgFarmacy's operations team, office staff, and management to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Walt is a tremendous asset to the AgFarmacy team and a trusted resource for growers seeking reliable guidance and long-term success.
Salesmen
Kyle is a member of the sales team at AgFarmacy and has been with the company since 2020. He graduated from Augustana College in 2022 with a degree in Marketing and Accounting, where he also played baseball.
Kyle enjoys working closely with customers and building strong relationships while helping them find solutions that support their operations.
When he's not at work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and baby, golfing, hunting, and giving baseball hitting lessons.
Finance Manager
Dawn Marshall is the Finance Manager at AgFarmacy Group, where she brings clarity, consistency, and care to the organization's financial operations. With 10 years of experience in finance, including extensive work in agricultural finance, she supports the company's long-term success through accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and strong financial stewardship.
She oversees general ledger activity, prepares key financial statements, and supports monthly and year-end close processes. Known for her ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, she helps leadership stay connected to the company's financial health. Her work spans reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, accounts payable oversight, and ensuring billing and revenue are recorded accurately.
Beyond the numbers, Dawn is a mother of three and the owner and operator of Dawn Rene' Photography, where her creative eye and entrepreneurial spirit come to life. Whether balancing budgets or capturing meaningful moments, she brings the same attention to detail and passion to everything she does. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University, is QuickBooks certified, and is a Notary Public in the State of Illinois.

Melissa Stralow is a dedicated professional in Human Resources and Account Management at AgFarmacy Group, where she has been an integral part of the organization for over five years. In her role, she supports employee relations, organizational needs, and client accounts, helping ensure strong internal operations and trusted external partnerships.
Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications. She brings a balanced approach to her work, combining structure, communication, and relationship-building to support both team members and clients. She is recognized for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining a people-first mindset.
Her commitment to collaboration and service reflects AgFarmacy Group's values and contributes to the company's continued growth and long-term success. When she's away from work, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, children, and dogs, making the most of fresh air and quality family time.
Logistics Manager and Customer Care Representative
Ali has been a valued member of our team for over three years, serving as both our Logistics Manager and Customer Care Representative. She works closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, while also supporting customers through billing, communication, and relationship management.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys stopping by a coffee drive-thru, cooking with her husband, and spending quality time with her baby boy and her energetic German Shorthair.
Customer Care Representative
Nikki Owen has been a valued member of the AgFarmacy team for the past four years, consistently delivering dependable, high-quality customer care. As a Customer Care Representative supporting three of AgFarmacy's salesmen, she ensures billing questions and requests are addressed accurately and efficiently.
With a focus on customized billing, Nikki helps customers capture costs in the way that works best for them. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her family, her hound dogs, and tending to her ever-expanding collection of houseplants.
Executive/Personal Assistant to Henry Carius
Renee Foley serves as Executive/Personal Assistant to Henry Carius at Agfarmacy, providing trusted administrative and operational support across multiple business entities. With over 20 years of experience in customer care, she brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to her role.
Renee supports scheduling, confidential communications, office operations, compliance, bookkeeping, and special projects, serving as a central point of contact for vendors, clients, and partners to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
When she isn't keeping Henry in line, Renee can be found spending time with her daughter and enjoying all the fun moments that come with it.
Precision Agriculture Specialist
As Precision Agriculture Specialist at AgFarmacy, I bring over 30 years of experience in agriculture technology, including 10 years with AgFarmacy, helping growers adopt and benefit from precision-driven solutions. My focus is on using data, technology, and practical agronomy to improve efficiency, maximize yields, and support long-term sustainability.
Throughout my career, I've worked closely with farmers to implement precision tools that deliver real-world results-from field-level insights to whole-farm decision support. At AgFarmacy, I am committed to ensuring growers have the knowledge, technology, and support needed to make confident, informed decisions every season.
Office Greeter & Snack Supervisor
Simon is the friendly face (and wagging tail) that welcomes everyone who walks through our doors. As our resident Snack Supervisor, he takes his job seriously-making sure the treat supply stays stocked and the snack game stays strong.
When he's not greeting visitors or doing quality control on crumbs, you'll find Simon enjoying his favorite activities: treat hunting and well-earned naps.
